Payments are processed through WooPayments or PayPal, depending on the option you choose. WooPayments uses Automattic and Stripe services to process payments.
These providers receive information needed to process and secure your payment, which may include contact and billing details, order information, payment details and technical information used for fraud prevention.
We do not store your full credit card number or card security code in our store database. We receive transaction information, such as payment status, transaction references and limited payment-method details.

Who we share information with
We share information as needed with service providers that help us operate the business, including:
- Namecheap, our website hosting provider.
- Payment processors.
- Postal services, couriers and shipping services used to fulfil your order.
- Email delivery, website security, spam prevention and backup providers.
For example, a shipping provider receives the recipient’s name and delivery address, along with other information needed to deliver the parcel.
If you submit a comment or review, its contents and technical information may be checked by our spam-prevention service, Akismet. Published reviews may display the name you provide with them.
We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, to respond to lawful requests, resolve disputes or protect against fraud and misuse.
We do not sell customer personal information.
