Lilac Earth began with a shared belief that beauty should feel refined, wearable, and thoughtfully developed. With Kathy’s background in makeup artistry and cosmetic formulation, the brand was built around undertone precision, balanced complexion products, and formulas designed with reactive, redness-prone skin in mind.

From early mineral blending to expanding into carefully developed and curated formulations, the goal has remained the same: create makeup that feels intentional rather than trend-driven.

Kathy leads product development, shade design, and undertone refinement, ensuring each formula meets our standards for performance, compatibility, and comfort. Tim oversees operations, logistics, and strategic growth, helping the studio evolve sustainably and efficiently.
