Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, Lilac Earth does not accept returns on makeup products.
We encourage customers who are unsure about their foundation shade to try our samples/sample sets before purchasing full-size products.
If you have questions about shade selection before ordering, we’re always happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.
Please email info@lilacearth.com with:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• a photo of the item if possible
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued in cases where:
• an order is confirmed lost in transit
• an item arrives damaged
• an incorrect product was sent
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
