When will my order ship?

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. During sales, holidays, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

What shipping options are available?

Economy Shipping does not include tracking.

Tracked shipping options are available for all destinations and are recommended whenever possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free economy (untracked) shipping on qualifying orders of CA$45 or more before taxes and after discounts, where available.

Customers who prefer tracking may select a tracked shipping upgrade at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Canada: 3–14 business days

United States: 5–13 business days

International: 5–27 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to Canada, the United States, and many international destinations.

Will I have to pay customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, or VAT?

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges are either included with the price, or calculated and collected at checkout so you'll know the total cost before placing your order.

This helps avoid unexpected charges when your package arrives.
